Hi, I’m Cassidy, a writer, strategist, and Olympian.

Once upon a time, I went to the Olympics for springboard diving. Then I retired because the pool felt small and the world felt big. It was time to go explore it.

After a vagabond year that included stays in San Francisco, Pittsburgh and Pasadena and a stint teaching celebrities how to dive for a reality TV show, I landed in brand and innovation strategy.

In my strategy life, I guide conversations, dive into scientific research, and explore the wider cultural and business worlds to develop new ideas, brands, products and programs.

In my writing life, I also guide conversations, dive into scientific research, and explore the wider world. My ultimate goal is to tell stories that inspire our creativity, connect our separate threads and help us all feel a little less alone.

When not at my desk, you can find me negotiating with my two-year-old, adjusting to life in Los Angeles, and teaching trampoline classes at Santa Monica Trapeze School.
